The last time I wrote anything here, it was 2017! Seven years ago! I'm not even going to try to cover the happenings of the missing years. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments.
So I was going to update on Tuesday, but on Monday I was opening a can of sardines and sliced one of my fingers very deeply! I bandaged it, but I didn't feel up to doing anything like typing or knitting! On Tuesday, it was still bleeding if I took off the bandage, but Scott sealed it up with Super Glue! It was a miracle!
Wednesday I was busy all day, and now finally it's Thursday and my knitting is frustrating, and I'm tired of watching The Closer, which is a good show that I've been binging for a few days while I knitted, so I'm taking a break from both.
I retired from my job 2 months ago, and it is a little boring, but also nice. I was tired of everyone at work, and tired of working nights and it was just time to quit.
What am I doing to amuse myself instead of working? Let me tell you, it's the same old things, knitting, reading and watching TV, but now I don't go to work.
What I'm knitting right now: A pink sweater for Kim. It's frustrating me at this moment, but its going to be cute when it's done. Also, working on a pair of socks for Carolyn, because you know I'm always knitting socks.
What I'm reading now: I am looking for something new to read, so I'll get back to you on that.
What I'm watching on TV: I'm on season 7 of The Closer, and I've been watching a few episodes every day while I knit. I'll be done by the end of this week. On Fridays I watch The Great British Bake Off, and on Tuesdays, Only Murders in the Building.
What I'm eating today: Well, I've been eating Keto, and one of the mainstays was sardines because they are easy to grab and eat, but I'm a little tired of them, and was getting tired of them before they tried to kill me. Maybe I'll just have some cheese.
